In return of ER - 5, whether data submitted actual of FY 2011-2012 or Projected of FY 2012-2013, because in efiling Year mention only FY 2012-2013, and as PER Rule 9A(1) of Cenvat Credit Rules - 2004, declaration given to be Principal Inputs Used,
as per my opinion ER- 5 on basis of Projection.
