16 December 2009 since section 85 to 90 of the Companies Act are not applicable to a Pvt Ltd Co.,so can a pvt co issue issue Equity Shares Without voting rights.

17 December 2009 yes, a private company can issue equity shares without voting rights provided such issue is permitted by the Articles of Association of the Company.
