I have withdrawn my EPF in financial year 2009-2010. My EPF account was for more than 5 Years.
As per law if EPF account is for more than 5 years than no tax is deducted..
Can you please confirm if EPF withdrawl amount is needed to be shown in exempt income column in ITR form or not ?

EPF withdrawal is not an income and hence no need to be shown in the exempt column of ITR form.
