03 April 2013 If an organisation have employees more then 20 but every employee having his salary above 6500/- is there pf applicable. do they have to register for pf ?

04 April 2013 pf act says any establishment which has at 20 or more employees at anytime during the year falls under the ambit of PF act it doesnot talk about salary whereas Bonus act mentions some threshhold for payment of min and max bonus. Also check Gratuity Act .
