our organisation had taken EPCG Scheme in F.y. 2007-08 for import of capital goods. now we have completed our export obligation with 8 years. we had not done any export in F.Y. 2007-08. 1) what if we shall not complete our export obligation 2) there is any other way to earn foreign exchange.. if we are unable to do export within target period?

If u fail to fulfill export obligation, then duty alongwith interest and penalty is payable.
Export obligation has to be completed in the entire period of 8 years and not yearwise.
