I have query related to epcg scheme. Suppose there is a group co. named X & it has got 2 co., 1 is in chemical buss & other is in steel buss. So if we shows items to be manufactured by end use of capital import of only 1 co., say steel buss in case of export items list of this co., then in such case can we fulfill export obligation by taking export of entire group/other co., say chemical buss.
Sir 1 more query, is it necessary to show justification or documentary evidence regarding how we would use imported capital goods for manufacture of items mentioned in export item list.

refer to PARA 5.7.1 of HBP VOL-1(2009-2014)
(a) epcg authorisation holder shall export either directly or through 3rd party(s)if a merchant exporter is EPCG authorisation Holder , name of supporting Manufacturer shall also be indicated on shipping bill.
(b) at the time of export, EPCG AUTHORISATION number ans date shall be endorsed on shipping bills which are proposed to be presented towards discharge of export obligation.
