if you have fulfilled the E.O. AFTER IMPORTATION ITEMS WHICH IS MENTIONED IN EPCG LICENCE providing by concerned r.j.d.g.f.t. office THE SUBMIT IT IN FORM ANF-5E ALONG WITH :

2.ORIGINAL EPCG LICECE ALONGWITH ALL ANNEXURES.
3.COPY OF BILL OF ENTRIES.
4.EP COPY OF S/BILLSINVOICE,BILL OF LADING/AIRWAY BILL 5.BRC
6.APPENDIX-26A
7. installation certificate
