we had taken EPCG licence in 2006 and now we want to surrender the licence but we do not have the FIRC certificate from 2006-2009 we have only 2010-13 will it be acceptable if we surrender license today only with certificate of last three years instead of all years

09 October 2013 any importer exporter mandatory for submit the FIRC ALL the 8 year E.O TIME.
ask your banker after submit a request letter in this regards and manage appropriate time period FIRC.

my consultant said that i have to get the custom purpose copy of EPCG license

is at the time of issue of EPCG license DGFT issue two certificate one for custom purpose and one for Applicant?

i am not having custom purpose copy what should i do now?
