01 September 2016 In case of clubbing of EPCG licenses we need to submit ANF 5b application along with ANF 5D or ANF 5C Application? please clarify me as early as possible...

01 September 2016 Dear Naresh, for clubbing of EPCG Authorizations the relevant application is ANF 5C as amended by Public Notice No 8 /2015-20 dated 06.05.2016.

01 September 2016 means we need not submit ANF 5B application for redemption in case of clubbing of authorisations

01 September 2016 Once the facility of clubbing of more than one Authorization is permitted it is only for closure of case by way of regularization. In such case no separate application in ANF 5B is required. However, where clubbing is permitted in respect of cases out side export obligation period by the Policy Relaxation Committee (PRC), at DGFT , New Delhi then one will have to submit for formal closure based on the decision of PRC in ANF 5B.
