Dear all,

Can anyone please tell me when can a freshly incorporated firm or LLP go for EPCG license??? Immediately after getting IEC or post business commencement???

16 March 2011 as per foreign trade policy company admissible taking the IEC is mandatory as well as CONCERNED export promotion council RCMC is mandatory .

process is below:-

OPEN THE BANK ACCOUNT IN THE NAME OF COMPANY AT THE TIME OF IEC ISSUANCE MANDATORY MENTIONED THE BANK A/C NO. IN APPENDIX-18A(PART-B OF FORM ANF-2A) AFTER ISSUANCE IT ,>REGISTERED IN EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL YOU CAN ALSO REGISTERED IN DCI (IEM CERTIFICATE) > DELHI UDYOG BHAWAN, > TAKE THE DIGITAL KEY >WHICH IS VAIL TILL 1 OR 2 YEAR > (INVOICE) COPY OF THE PURCHASE ORDER AND SUBMIT IT THROUGH DGFT.

FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT FEE IS RS. 1 RS. PER THOUSANDS.
