13 August 2016 we lost the original documents of EPCG licenses. Suggest me further steps followed by me obtaining duplicates from department.

16 August 2016 Dear Naresh, Please refer to the provisions of paragraph 2.23 of Handbook o f procedures of FTP 2015-20, where an Authorization is lost or misplaced, an application for issue of a duplicate may be made along with self declaration as given in Appendix -2M to the concerned RA Regional Authority.
Besides, an application fee equivalent to 10% of duty saved (of un-utilized balance, a copy FIR reporting loss and self declaration to indemnify revenue loss, which may be caused on account of issue of such duplicate license may be submitted to the concerned RA for obtaining duplicate of EPCG License.
