e-BRC statement submission is compulsory for the redemption of EPCG license? What are the documents required for the redemption.

The documents for redemption of export obligation against EPCG are to be submitted in ANF 5B supported by a certificate in Appendix 5C from Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/Company Secretary certifying the exports, e BRCs evidencing realization of export proceeds through normal banking channel and original Shipping Bills. Where original shipping bill are submitted to a different Regional Licensing Authority (RA)/ nominated agencies or to a different division of same Regional office off DGFT ,you can furnish their photo copies duly self certified by you in lieu of original.
