If EPCG license is not possible then what ways to avoid duty payment?

16 July 2015 An application for grant of an authorisation may be made by Registered Office or Head Office or a Branch Office or Manufacturing Unit of an eligible exporter to RA concerned in ANF 5A along with documents prescribed therein.

Refer to Para 5.01(f) of foreign trade policy 2015-20

"(f) Second hand capital goods shall not be permitted to be imported under EPCG Scheme."
