We are manufacturers. We have units in Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra.
I have doubt regarding EPCG lic., for our units in Maharashtra we have applied EPCG Lic. from Mumbai / Pune DGFT, now my doubt is for our new unit which is going to start within 25-30days, can we apply the IEC/EPCG Lic. from Hyderabad DGFT itself, if yes, what is the procedure.

Our head office is located at hyd, and units at AP & MH, for AP units we apply EPCG from HYD, DGFT.
1) My question was can we apply
Maharashtra units EPCG from hyderabad?
2) For existing units in Maharastra, can
we apply EPCG from HYD,DGFT, with

I think there should not be any problem in centrally applying for all units as long as you make it clear the application is for which unit.
