We have made certain exports under EPCG LICENCE DURING 2007-08. Unfortunately in certain exports, EPCG LICENCE REF. HAS NOT BEEN STATED IN THE SHIPPING BILL. We have seen the same only when we are about to file the redemption. Is it possible to apply for condonation in case we have not stated the same in the shipping bill.

Refererence to the policy circular No. 07/2002 Dtd. 11.07.2002, condonation of procedure of lapse of not mentioning the EPCG Licence No. on the shipping bill relating the exports effected for fulfillment for EXPORT OBLIGATION under EPCG LICENCE.
