Dear sir,
we have import one Machine from Turkey under EPCG licence,
After Two year our managements decide to sale it in Indian market so, please tell me the full procedure to raise invoicing of this machine sale and Excise duty calculation

Under EPCG scheme, the capital goods imported are subject to actual user condition and the goods imported cannot be transferred or sold till the fulfillment of export obligation.
in this Matter you must take the permission from DGFT Headquarters in this matter.
