11 August 2016 Any one having practical knowledge in EPCG license redemption and Foreign Trade Policy. Please guide me how to redeem the EPCG licenses.8608531118 is my contact number please help me

11 August 2016 Please refer to 5.22 (a) of Hand Book of Procedures of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20. Holder of EPCG Authorization shall apply for redemption of export obligation to the to the Jurisdictional Regional Authority of DGFT in ANF 5B giving details installation of Capital Goods in the declared factory premises certified by independent Chartered Engineer (or) Jurisdictional Central Excise Authority, details of Physical and Direct Exports, permissible Deemed Exports and third party exports, eBRC , Shipping Bills containing EPCG Authorization Number. Further, a certificate in Appendix 5C duly signed by Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ Company Secretary certify exports have been made is required to be submitted. For third party exports documents viz., shipping bills / Bill of exports etc. shall indicate name of both authorization holder and supporting manufacturer, if any, along with EPCG authorization number. eBRC, GR declaration /Self Declaration Form (SDF), export order and invoice should be in the name of third party exporter. The goods exported through third party should be manufactured by the EPCG Authorization holder. .
