01 August 2017 Please clarify me regarding average export obligation

17 August 2017 The average Export Obligation under EPCG Scheme shall be the average level of exports achieved by the applicant in the preceding three licensing years for the same and similar products with in the overall export obligation period including extended period if any. However, the categories mentioned in paragraph 5.13 ( a ) of Hand Book of Procedures of FTP 2015-20 shall not be subject to average export obligation.
