Epcg clubbing

At the time of filling of application in form anf-5B for the EPCG license redemption. In case of redemption of clubbed EPCG licenses need to submit anf-5C application along with anf-5B.At the time of filling anf-5c application I am not able to identify the customs notification number. Please help me how I get customs notification numbers for the purpose of clubbing of licenses.

The Customs Notification number is mentioned on the bill of entry of relevant EPCG Authorization. Please check your Bill of Entry.
