We are in Automobile Industry. We are Exporting our Products to South Africa through Renault. The Shipping bill is in INR & we also receiving payment from Customer in INR. Can we avail EPCG benefit?

No. For obtaining EPCG Licence refer to Chapter 5 of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 and Hand Book of Procedures 2015-20. Under EPCG Capital goods as defined in Chapter 9 of Trade Policy could be imported without payment of duty subject to export of 6 times the value of duty saved amount in addition to annual average export obligation of last 3 years similar or same products.
