last year Avg EO Amount is taken into consideration for fixing current year AEO

Naresh, please go through the provisions of para 5.04(b) of current Foreign Trade policy 2015-20. There self -Explanatory. Even then if problem persists come back to me.

over organization Existing from more than 6year. from 4th year on wards it means 3 years we are having avg Export obligation. for current year how we are re fixing AEO please explain me breaf

Under the EPCG scheme average export obligation is fixed at the time of issuance of the Authorisation. It is the arithmetic mean of export perforce achieved in the preceding three licensing years for the same(for which EPCG License is sought for) and similar products. The average EO so fixed continues to the same for each year during EO of EPCG Authorisation period and extended period if any. Average EO can not be fixed as suggested by you.
