Under the EPCG scheme average export obligation is fixed at the time of issuance of the Authorisation. It is the arithmetic mean of export perforce achieved in the preceding three licensing years for the same(for which EPCG License is sought for) and similar products. The average EO so fixed continues to the same for each year during EO of EPCG Authorisation period and extended period if any. Average EO can not be fixed as suggested by you.
