26 December 2011 We are importing a machinery under EPCG scheme. We are an SSI currently.

after the machine is imported we will not be an SSI.
As per the declaration/undertaking, one of the point is "we shall not be an SSI after import if machinery".
Will we have a problem if we export.

Can we strike off that point as not applciable?

29 December 2011 at the time of issuance EPCG licence You were SSI unit,and now a days ,IN MY OPINION, you have not any effect in this case and E.O. will be same.
