15 September 2017 Capital Goods imported under EPCG scheme are subjected to actual user condition. They cannot be sold without obtaining export redemption certificate from licensing authority. However, if you want to sell without completing export obligation you must approach licensing authority take permission, pay duty along with interest as applicable.
