27 June 2017 We already collected EPCG licence and capital goods reached at our port.but clearing will happnd only after july 1.how will effect EPCG Licence Value. Shall i Payable IGST for this Transaction? or we can take benefit for CVD & AED ?

15 September 2017 Yes, you are liable to pay IGST and take the same as input tax credit. Pay basic customs duty , cess and IGST. IGST paid may be taken as Input Tax Credit.
