how to amend EPCG license?..
The export code mentioned in EPCG license is differnt form the codes i exported goods.
DGFT says you will have to amend EPCG license.
Can some one tell me the procedure and what points should be taken care of?

Amendment of EPCG Authorisation arises only when there is nexus between imported capital goods and the products to be exported. In other words the capital goods imported should be capable of manufacturing the goods that are to be exported towards discharge of export obligation.

Approach your local RA establishing nexus certificate from an independent Chartered Engineer in ANF-5A as amended by Public Notice No 8 / 2015-20 dated 06.05.2016 with justification.
