19 October 2012 suppose there is co. say x, & if x doesnt include items, exported by its sister concern in the export item list of epcg license holdin by it....then can it tak exports of its sister concern while fulfillin export obligation...offcourse in that case its export obligation wil be higher..bt items inclusion in export list is necessary r nt ???
