Dear Sir,
we form a new company.
Pls. tell entry which passed in tally .
1. At the time new company form, director give some working capital which in form of cash which put into company's table.
Rs. 18,000 in cash - Pls. tell entry passed in books?
2. At the time new company form, director
open current a/c in bank and depoist in to a/c.
Rs. 30,000 in bank - Pls. tell entry passed in books?
3. Share capital - Rs. 1,00,000 in form of Cash or cheque.
Pls. tell entry passed in books?

If the company issues shares to the director, then
BANK A/c Dr 30000
Cash A/c Dr 18000
To Share Capt 48000
otherwise, credit Loan A/c instead of share capt
