What wii be the effective date to entered Material received in the Books.
1. Material received at factory gate.
2. Material sent to store.
3. Material sent for quality control

I think when material is received at factory gate, is the relevant time for entering in the books of accounts because only after receiving you can send goods to either store or for quality control.
