I am CA-IPCC pass out of Nov. 2012 attempt with both groups . So far I have calculated my provisional attempt for CA Final would be Nov. 2015
The only confusion is as follows:
Article ship Joining Date: 15-02-2013 Transfer taken: 19-08-2013 Leaves shown by the office : 19 Days Till 19-10-2013 I have not joined the firm. Please help in this issue whether my CA Final Exam would be Extended or not? In order to attend CA Final Exam on Nov. 2015 when should I get registered if at most delay is to be considered?
If possible please state the provisions in CA Act.

join date: 15.02.2013 . . transfer:19.08.2013 . . your date of completion of articles will be extended for the period of delay made in re-registration of articles . . so your date of compltion of articles would be . . 15-04-2016 . . . Hence you are eligible to Appear for November 2015 attempt. . . if your date of completion of articles is after 1st may 2016 then you not eligible for nov2016 attempt need to wait for may2016 attempt . . so do re-registration in way that your date of completion of articles is before 1st may to get nov2016 attempt
