Is it employer's liability to file income tax return of their employee?
Is it employer's liability to file income tax return of their employee?

No. It is not the responsibility of employer to file ITR of employee. The responsibility of employer is to ensure that tax has been deducted at source as per the applicable rates on salary paid to employee and issue him Form 16.
