To resolve an EPS (Employee Pension Scheme) joining date error, verify eligibility criteria, check with your employer's HR department, submit missing data update requests, register a grievance on the EPFO Grievance Portal, consult the EPFO Helpdesk, and follow up on the resolution timeline. EPS eligibility is based on the employee's basic wages at the time of joining the scheme. If the basic wage is below the threshold, the error may be due to a lower wage. If the issue persists or technical difficulties occur, register a grievance on the EPFO Grievance Portal and follow up regularly on the status.
