Employees provident fund updation error

22 February 2022 my basic wages was shown at the time of UAN generation Rs 11400/-, from last 6 month my EPF joining date shown but EPS joining date Not Available.
When I am trying my missing data update through Employer's Portal then One error shown that " you are not eligible for pension scheme.
Please help me what should i do?

07 July 2024 To resolve an EPS (Employee Pension Scheme) joining date error, verify eligibility criteria, check with your employer's HR department, submit missing data update requests, register a grievance on the EPFO Grievance Portal, consult the EPFO Helpdesk, and follow up on the resolution timeline. EPS eligibility is based on the employee's basic wages at the time of joining the scheme. If the basic wage is below the threshold, the error may be due to a lower wage. If the issue persists or technical difficulties occur, register a grievance on the EPFO Grievance Portal and follow up regularly on the status.
