Respected Sir/Madam,
whether the company can pay the salary to employees with out deduction of EPF & ESIC contribution of employees share as the company itself to pay the epf and esic contributions of both employee and employer.

Dear Ravi,
If the company pays both the employee as well as employer's contribution of PF & ESI, then it is deemed that the company is deducting and paying PF & ESI of employees part also.
Other views are solicited.

Thank u for your immediate reply. However I would like to know the employer should deduct and pay the dues of esic / epf as per act or not. If yes means under which section and brief please. Because one my client need this information very urgently. Thanks for your kind support. Yours - Ravikumar
