But in Oct Salary Increase to 15500
whether mandatory to deduct ESI as his salary more than 15000 limit

Basically there are two contribution period under ESIC Act.One from April to september & 2nd is october to march.
Now ,since your october salary is above 15000 limit,then ESIC should not be deducted.
