13 March 2025 My query is , what will be implication of Income tax Payable by employee working in SEZ units ?, any exemption , under which Section of the Income tax act . ( I think section 10AA of the Income tax Act ) please guide .

13 March 2025 Section 10AA of the Income Tax Act is a provision designed to provide tax incentives to businesses operating in Special Economic Zones (SEZs) in India. The primary goal is to encourage exports and attract foreign investment by offering tax exemptions.
It doesn't help employee for any deduction on salary income.
