Its ondirectly benefited to employer..

Since after a 5 yrs PF gives loans to employee for various purposes eg. Marriage of Child, Home purchase etc.. so that employer is no required to support employee.

Employee gets pension after 10yrs & so on..

If employee gets social security then definately its indirect benefit to employer.
