abc advertisng company shown me in accounts as a consultant in month of july 2012, i am asking him to show me as employ of company in accounts from August 2012, so is it possible and what the way for this.
If accounts deny for this so what could be reason.
what i should to do in this case i should continue this job or not.

it may be company internal policy not to recruit employees for the job you are undertaking there,
