19 August 2010 Need EMI calculator for the loan taking from an institute.
Loan amount Rs.40,00,000/=
Interest @17.43% pa.
Period - 3 yrs.
1st yr the emi is rs.1,69,200/= (20,30,400/=)
2nd yr the emi is rs.1,44,000/= (17,28,000/=)
3rd yr the emi is rs.1,17,200/= (14,06,400/=)
Interest payment is Rs.11,64,800/= for 3yrs.
how to arrive princ amount & interest amount.

1. Go to www.propmart.com.
2. Then on the bottom of the page, click on EMI Calculator.
3. Fill in the details there and then click on the amortization schedule.
You will get the details of interest and principal.
