Email adress change & annual return filling

I have to file the annual return of a pvt ltd company and have following queries, please solve it:

1. how to change the existing email
address of the company?

2. previous auditor of the company is
retired in this AGM & they refused to
file the annual return, can newly appt.
auditor can file the same with his
digital signature?

3. Form 23ACA PART-B, Pt. III asking for
details of three (3) principle products
of the company with following details:
(i) ITC Code
(ii) Product Description
(iii)Turnover Details

Is it compulsory to provide these details
in Form 23ACS???

Please guide me as i am new to filling Annual Return.

02 October 2011 Dear Sir,

Enter the new e-mail address on the e-Form20B, that will automatically change in the company master details.
You can file the annual return with the help of the new auditor who is appointed newly into the pvt co.
If you have the details about the product you can enter otherwise skip that particular details and it is not compulsory.
