frnds Icai has introduced some eligibility test for ca final students from nov 2017.. does it indicate that those who fail in such exams cannot write final until they pass the test ? plz help me out frnds

The recent notification issued by the institute is not yet rolled out. It mentions - " The broad modalities for this scheme are under finalisation". A comprehensive guideline would be issued in this regard at appropriate time. For the time being it is still under finalistation stage and not approved by the council yet, hence do not worry and continue with your present study pattern / structure.
