If a female joins an office& appoints her parents as nominees for all her PF,pension,insurance ctc.After 2yrs she get married.After one yr of her wedding life she expires.Now since she is married,will her parents loose the right to claim the amounts? if not what documents should her parents produce & what procedure shouid they follow?Her head office is in chennai.Whom her parents should consult?

If she had not changed the name of nominee, her father will get the PF money.
