i have registered for my articles on 30.04.2014 and i have took a transfer on 04.11.2014 and again reregistered on 13.11.2014 when will i get my first eligible attempt for my ca final.
Whether am i eligible for nov 2016 attempt?
I have worked from 04.11.2014 to 13.11.2014 but doesnt know to take e stamp and have to enter into again with a new partner.

For this, you need to check the leave eligibility too.
Because, you can give your exams only if you are serving the last 6 months of articles on the first day in which the exams are held(i.e, Nov/May). Also you should not have any excess leave during that period.
In your case, you were not doing articles during 05th Nov to 12th Nov in the . That would be considered as a 'break' in articles. Hence, it can't be said in your case that you ARE doing the last six months of articles during Nov 2016. Hence, your first attempt will be due in May 2017.
Please check with others too.

Is there any chance that if i request icai and i can get signed with the partner saying that i have worked from 04.11.2014 to 13.11.2014,will they accept such kind of requests?
