31 August 2013 Hi, This is dileep. i passed ca-ipcc group-I in may 2011 and register for articles on 17/02/2012. a training period of 4 months have been served (40 days leave has been taken in that 4 months).i have taken termination on 16/06/2012. i joined in another audit firm on 10/07/2012 and served 3 months 2 days (2 days leave has been taken in that 3 months 2 days) and taken termination on 13/10/2012.I passed CA ipcc group-II in may 2012. After furnishing form 109 ,a termination letter has been received from the ICAI disclosing that i had taken an excess leave of 52 days.again i joined in another audit firm on 01/02/2013.My query is that which attempt i will be eligible for ca final examinations-november 2014 or may 2015. reply as soon as possible with reasons.
