I want know minimum eligibility for professional courses like CA, CS, ICWA. Is there any minimum precentage at graduation required? i.e.50%

There is no such requirement.

In order to get into CA course, you need to pass intermediate or +2 equivalent course and then register for CPT.

You can also come through graduation, but there is no requirement regarding the % of marks in intermediate or graduation.
