13 August 2013 One of my clients is a Real Estate Broker. His receipts for the FY 2012-13 is around Rs. 25 Lacs. Is he eligible for Income Tax Audit applicability for profession or Business ??

13 August 2013 if he is a broker and providing this services then if the gross receipts from this profession exceeds rs 25 lacs then only tax audit is applicable.

if it is exact 25 lacs then no tax audit is applicable.
