14 May 2012 Sir can u please tell me the latest requirement of minimum number of employees required for registration in EPF and ESI for a sole proprietor?
And what is the procedure for registration with amount of fees if any?

14 May 2012 EPF and ESI registration is mandatory if no of employees exceeds 20, any time during the financial year. and become applicable for subsequent years even no of employee fall below 20.
