Sir can u please tell me the latest requirement of minimum number of employees required for registration in EPF and ESI for a sole proprietor?
And what is the procedure for registration with amount of fees if any?

EPF and ESI registration is mandatory if no of employees exceeds 20, any time during the financial year. and become applicable for subsequent years even no of employee fall below 20.

with power 10 no and without power 20no of employee

for PF 20 employees and if gross salary is less than 6500. for ESI 20 employees without power and 10 with power if gross salary exceeds 15000 and one can register now online as the site is developed very well and all the formalities can be done easily.
