sir i will be complete my 2.6 years articleship period before may 2014 ca final exam , bt still i am not cleared my 2nd group of ipcc. if i will cleared in nov2013 , can i am apper for may 2014 ca final exam bt , registration period 9 month not completed before exam . plz give me rply

Yes, if you completed your IPCC 2nd group in November 2013 exams then you are eligible for May 2014 final exams.
Like IPCC prior registration period for CA Final not applicable.
