acc. to rule a student who has cleared PCE and completed 3.5 yrs training during or on the last day of month previous to month in which exams are held can appear for finals..
But if a student clears CPT in November 2006 and PCE IN MAY 2010(completing his training in july 2010) can he appear for the finals in November 2010??

If he have done 3.5 years articles and PCC within nov 2010 then he is eligible to take final exam in nov 2010..
