Electronic credit balance

20 December 2018 Dear sir,

On GST portal electronic Credit balance is showing 690000 but there is also one head "PROVISIONAL CREDIT BALANCE " Rs. 570000. sir, please suggest what is this ?
And how this figure calculated and why ??

20 December 2018 As per my opinion it is a credit balance available to you through TRAN form but there is also possibility that TRAN compliance has not been made completely therefore it is reflected as provisional....

Exact reason for such balance can be traced out after getting complete information...
