is it mandatory to sign the eform-23, 5 & 2 by Practicing Member in case that public co have its own whole time company secretary

Dear Kanwaljit,
Yes it is mandatory to get it signed by a Practicing Professional.
If you have a whole time Company Secretary, he/she may sign at the place of Director (above the place provided for signature by practicing members).
