08 August 2011 I have downloaded excel file from the website for return. I can enter the data fields. But buttons appearing towards right side viz. next, validate are inactive. What should I do? Is it require any more software

08 August 2011 Generally it doesn't happen, if your excel is Macro enabled. Just try to reduce security levels of your Excel, & enable Macros. Change your Active X Controls to "Enable all..........". If still this happens, then tell me your Office Version... i think with the said changes you will be able to click on those tabs...
